Does Greater China work in mainland China too?
Yes. Greater China plans are valid in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, on one eSIM. That's the difference from our China plans, which are valid in mainland China only. Pick the size that fits your whole trip, and install it at home before you fly.
What happens when I cross between Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China?
You keep the same eSIM and the same line on both sides of the border, so there's nothing to switch between. Keep haalaan Greater China as your mobile data line with Data Roaming on. Your data allowance is shared across all three places for the 30 days of the plan.
Is this cheaper than a Hong Kong eSIM plus a Macau eSIM?

Not on Greater China plans today. Top-ups are only available on our mainland China data plans. Top-ups are non-refundable. If you run out, you can buy a new plan. What is your refund policy?
Full refund if not installed, within 30 days of purchase. Installed eSIMs are never refunded. Ask for a refund by email at support@haalaan.com, and the money goes back to your original payment method. If you bought more than one eSIM in a checkout, each one is refunded on its own. Will I get a phone number?
No. Greater China plans are data only and don't include a phone number. Keep your US SIM on for calls and texts, and use WhatsApp, FaceTime or WeChat calls over data. The plan's 30 days start when the eSIM first connects, so you can install it at home first.
