Get your China eSIM in an AI assistant.
Find a haalaan eSIM for China, Hong Kong, Macau or Greater China from inside an AI assistant. The assistant compares plans for your trip and gives you a checkout link. You pay on haalaan.com.
Server address
haalaan runs an MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants to connect to a service. Add the address for your assistant as a custom connector or MCP server. No account or sign-in is needed.

What it can do
The server has four tools. They only read the haalaan catalogue. None of them changes anything.
- List destinations (
list_destinations). List the destinations haalaan sells eSIMs for right now. The list comes from the live catalogue. - Search eSIMs (
search_esims). Find haalaan travel eSIM plans for a destination (country name, ISO code or region). Returns only destinations currently available. - Travel readiness checklist (
get_travel_readiness_checklist). What to set up before a trip to a destination. Returns only destinations with a checklist. - Get checkout link (
get_checkout_link). Use this when the traveller picks a plan. Returns a haalaan.com link; the traveller pays there. Nothing is charged here.
Try asking: “Which destinations does haalaan cover?” or “I'm flying to Shanghai for 10 days. Which eSIM should I get?”
Paying
The assistant never takes a payment. When you pick a plan, it gives you a haalaan.com checkout link. You review the plan and pay on haalaan.com, like any other haalaan order. The refund policy and 24/7 support are the same.
What we log
For each call, the server writes one log line with operational fields only:
- the time of the call and a request ID.
- which server address was used (for example /mcp/grok) and the matching campaign tag (for example mcp_grok).
- the app name the assistant reports when it connects, and a short user agent family such as grok-connectors-manager, never the full user agent.
- the request type, the tool name, the response status, and how long the call took.
- whether the plan list came from our cache, how many plans were returned, how many plans our checks left out, and a short result code.
- the two-letter country code a destination search matched (for example CN), not the words that were typed.
The log holds no IP address, and no names, emails or payment details. To limit request rates, the server uses your IP address briefly to count requests per minute and does not store it. For the daily limit it keeps a keyed one-way hash of the IP address, not the address itself, and deletes it after 36 hours. Cloudflare, which hosts the server, also keeps request traces that include the user agent and a city-level location, but no IP address. Cloudflare keeps these log lines and request traces for up to 7 days, after which they are deleted.
The checkout link carries the same campaign tag, so haalaan.com can tell which assistant sent the visit. More in the privacy notice.
